How I work

I started by taking things apart.

Complex systems need more than one lens. Mine come from industrial design, UX and psychology, sharpened lately by designing for AI. Different questions, same goal: make the system make sense to the person using it.

Now I design AI tooling for manufacturing, teach design, and spend weekends in bookshops collecting other people’s thinking.

P.01Answer, don't displayA screen that needs explaining hasn't answered the question yet.
P.02Go where the work happensEvery good decision I've made came from standing on a floor, not reading a deck.
P.03Design the pauseThe gap between two actions is where trust is either built or lost.
P.04Keep one thing playfulSerious software made by serious people is how you get software nobody opens twice.
